Isaac Arthur is an astute Professional, Business leader and a highly motivated Manager with Sixteen (16) years’ experience in banking.
His skills set are in the Area of Treasury management, Trade Finance, Investment analysis and Portfolio Management, Bank Operations Management, Branch Development, Operational processes and procedures, Credit administration and Capacity Building, Budgeting & Budgetary Control among others.

Isaac worked with Adehyeman Savings and Loans from 2007 to 2013, rising through the ranks to become the Head of Operations responsible for all the branches in the country. In April 2013 he joined Global Access Savings & Loans as the Head of Operations in charge of Head office operations and all the branches of the company. A position he held until he joined Equity Savings & Loans.
He joined Equity Savings & Loans as the Chief Operating Officer in August 2016, until his appointment as the Managing Director in 2018 to date.
He is a chartered Banker and a member, Association of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), He also holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Cape Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana-Legon. He has attended several courses in Banking, Management and Leadership.
Mr. Arthur, also served on the board of Ghana Association of Savings and Loans Companies (GHASALC) from 2010 to 2020.
