Isaac .k. Arthur
Isaac Arthur is an astute Professional, Business leader and a highly motivated Manager with fourteen (14) years’ experience in banking.
His skills set are in the Area of Treasury management, Trade Finance, Investment analysis and Portfolio Management, Bank Operations Management, Branch Development, Operational processes and procedures, Credit administration and Capacity Building, Budgeting & Budgetary Control among others.
Isaac worked with Adehyeman Savings and Loans from 2007 to 2013, rising through the ranks to become the Head of Operations responsible for all the branches in the country. In April 2013 he joined Global Access Savings & Loans as the Head of Operations in charge of Head office operations and all the branches of the company. A position he held until he joined Equity Savings & Loans.
He joined Equity Savings & Loans as the Chief Operating Officer in August 2016, until his appointment as the Managing Director in 2018 to date.
He is a chartered Banker and a member, Association of Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB), He also holds an MBA in Banking & Finance from Cape Coast University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana-Legon. He has attended several courses in Banking, Management and Leadership.
Mr. Arthur, also served on the board of Ghana Association of Savings and Loans Companies (GHASALC) from 2010 to 2020.
Eric Ato Botchway
Eric is a high performer Chief Finance Officer of Imperial General Assurance Company Ltd. He is a result oriented and highly accomplished finance professional with over a decade of insurance sector experience. Prior to joining Imperial, Eric held positions as Head of Finance at Metropolitan Life Insurance Ghana Limited and Quality Insurance Company Limited and played a key role in the establishment of the Finance department at Starlife Assurance Company Ltd.
Eric has expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and budgetary control, forecasting, financial analysis, planning, investment management and strategy. He is a Chartered Accountant and member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) (UK) and has Executive MBA (Business Administration – Finance Option) from the University of Ghana Business School.
Kofi Abaka Anaman
Kofi is a Civil Engineer with a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Project Management. He has been managing construction projects from small housing units to tower buildings in Accra and Tema. Kofi is the General Manager of Asterion Construction Ltd, a major player in the construction industry, with focus on housing and tower block office complex buildings. Located at the Airport Residential Area, Asterion has been one of the most innovative firms amongst the local construction companies.
The Ambassadorial Enclave of East Legon, Ridge, Airport Residential Area, Cantonments and Tema boast of high rise buildings that bear the trade mark of Asterion. The company is largely driven by the strong leadership skills of Ingenieur Kofi Anaman.
John holds an LLB from the University of Ghana, a BL from the Ghana School of Law and an LLM from the University of Houston, Texas. He is a lecturer at both the Business School and the Law Faculty of GIMPA. He has over 5 years of extensive experience providing legal services to multinational companies including Global Gas Energy, USA and Trellidor Ghana, as well as Stanbic Bank Ghana. He has a specialty in both teaching and practice of Environmental law. He teaches “the Legal Environment of Business” at the MBA level and “Contract Management” at Bachelor’s level at the GIMPA Business School.
John is a proud recipient of the “Association of International Petroleum Negotiators” (AIPN) and “Rocky Mountains Mineral Law Foundation Scholarship”. He is currently working on publishing his LLM thesis on “Avoiding the Resource Curse in Ghana: The Role of Law”. John has attended several international conferences in oil and gas, particularly the AIPN spring conference in Galveston, Texas on Current Events and Future Trends in the World’s Hydrocarbon Hotspots.
He also actively participated in Rocky Mountains Mineral Law Annual Institute’s conference in Calgary- Canada. He took part in “Critical English Law Issues for International Oil and Gas Conference” in Houston. He was one of the participants at AIPN conference in “Investing in the Energy Sector in Emerging Markets”, held in Washington D.C.
John recently presented a paper titled “Ghana’s Petroleum Revenue Management Law: The Saviour That Never was, a Problem With the Law or the Leadership?” at Green Templeton College, Oxford University, UK. Besides, he has affiliations with the following organizations—the Ghana Bar Association, the Association of International 6 Petroleum Negotiators, USA and the Center for Energy, Petroleum & Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP), UK.
Stephen is a Chartered Insurer and an astute insurance professional with varied work experience across all the facets of the profession. He is a Chartered Insurer and an associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII, London) and also holds Bachelor’s degree in Insurance from the University of Ghana. Besides, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Ghana Insurance College.
He has attended 4 international courses and is the liaison between his company and their affiliate insurance companies in the UK. Stephen is the General Manager of First Anchor Risk Management Ltd., a very successful company within the local insurance industry.
